Corona, CA: Food Review of Jersey's Pizza & Italian Restaurant (4 out of 5 Stars)

Jersey's Pizza and Italian Restaurant

Went there last night with the family. The counter sales associate was very nice, helpful and willing to help us in any way. They have a large menu, compared to other pizza restaurants (lots of Italian dishes) We had their Garden Salad, XL Pepperoni Pizza and Chicken Strips. The salad was a full iceberg lettuce salad, with a homemade Italian dressing. It didn't wow me, but there was a nice assortment of vegetables in it, more than I expected.

The pizza was excellent, however. The flavor of their homemade sauce was exceptional, and the thickness of the pizza was just right for me; I prefer NY style - thin crust. They also have a thick crust that I didn't try. Overall, the pizza was one of the best I've tasted for a while. And we also tried their fried canolli (spelling?) with chocolate and Caramel sauce. It was simply amazing. The Choc sauce could have been thicker, but overall, it was very good. Jersey's has a nice and clean interior, with a game room that's ready for kids to play in. The games take tokens, and you get a deal on tokens if you feed the machine $10. The place is decorated well, with a sports theme, and big screens all over the place.

I'd definitely recommend this to anyone with a pizza craving, who still wants to see the big game.
