An new vice president has been tapped to oversee Temecula Valley Hospital along with four other regional medical centers that fall under Universal Health Services' umbrella in southern California.
Immediately, John Harris will temporarily fill the vacancy left at Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta and Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar when former CEO Ken Rivers resigned in September, a spokesperson for Southwest Healthcare System said Thursday, in a news release.
