Corona, CA: Papa Bello Enterprises Acquires Control of Mamas Direct, Announces New CEO

Papa Bello Enterprises (Pink Sheets: PAPA) announced today that the company has acquired majority control of Mamas Direct. Mama’s Direct is an early stage organization using a hybrid business model that blends direct sales, brick and mortar retailing, franchising and multi-level marketing (MLM) business models to sell high quality food and food related products. Mama’s Direct has been founded by a partnership of industry experts. The company is registered as a Nevada corporation.


Mama’s Direct sells a complete line of healthy and nutritious “Meals to Go” pre prepared, and pre proportioned in a broad range of food groups, and food related products designed to meet the most discriminating tastes. Mama’s Direct has contractual agreements in place with Pueblo Italian Market of Pueblo Colorado to manufacturer and fulfill a complete line of private label products using their patented cooking process that utilizes our patented Pasti Perfetto Water Oven. Product prices will be quite competitive since Mama’s Direct is buying direct from the growers and packers. Another feature of this relationship which is of significant value to Mama’s Direct is the willingness of the manufacturer to allow Mama’s Direct to place orders as small as $100. This will assist Mama’s Direct in their goal of efficient inventory management. Products that will be part of the initial product line include: beef, chicken, pork, lamb, poultry and fish products and a number of side dishes, vegetables and desserts. Mama’s Direct is able to offer competitively priced products that are of the highest quality.

In addition to the acquisition of Mamas Direct, PBE has appointed Jim Wheeler CEO of Papa Bello Enterprises and has accepted the resignation of James Price. The company will also move its headquarters from San Diego to Corona, California.
