UFC Gym is celebrating the official beginning of fall, and the season to ‘Train Different’, by opening its doors for a Community Appreciation Day. On Saturday, September 17, UFC Gym Corona, located at 470 McKinley Street, will offer a day of free fitness fun for the whole family. Members and guests can experience UFC Gym’s 45,000 square foot facility, housing state-of-the-art equipment, innovative training techniques and revolutionary incorporation of Mixed Martial Arts, including a 32-foot Octagon®, UFC Kid’s Gym and High-Octane conditioning.
From 9am – 5pm, UFC Gym will be offering a variety of free classes and workout demos to amp up your fall fitness routine to learn how to Train Different. Sweat Different with free workouts and access to the club’s facilities throughout the day, Move Different with free ultimate classes like Jiu-Jitsu, TRX and Fit Fight, and Burn Different with Muay Thai, BJJ, Daily Ultimate Training (DUT), Kickboxing and self-defense demos. A two-hour Zumba class will be offered from 1pm – 3pm in the group fitness studio, and a special DUT will be held outside from 3pm -3:30pm.
In addition, childcare at the Kid’s Club will be free for members and their family and friends, raffle prizes and giveaways will be handed out throughout the day, and all are invited to watch UFC’s Fight Night live, Shields vs. Ellenberger at 6pm.
