Corona, CA: Expecting a Baby? Enter Baby Shower Contest by September 23


Expectant parenting couples are invited to compete in baby shower games at the Little Pumpkin Family Festival for a chance to win more than $1,000 in prizes, at The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona. Entry is free! Upload a two-minute video by September 23 on The Shops at Dos Lagos Facebook page to show us why you should be one of the couples to compete.

The public is invited to vote from September 24 – October 2 for their favorite expectant parents video. The four couples who receive the most votes from family, friends and other visitors to the Dos Lagos Facebook page will get to compete at Expectant Parents Baby Shower at 2 p.m. on October 8. The couples will play fun games such as a Daddy baby doll diaper changing contest, fastest couple to assemble a baby toy and more events that will give the expectant parents a fun afternoon and send them all home with great prizes.

The Expectant Parents Baby Shower Games will be played on stage at the Dos Lagos Amphitheater at the October 8 Little Pumpkins Family Festival at The Shops at Dos Lagos. The Little Pumpkins Family Festival features other exhibits and activities with family fun for all ages including:
  • Little Pumpkins Baby & Toddler Races: babies from 6 to12 months of age will crawldown the padded race course. Toddlers will compete by age categories: 12–18 months; 19–26 months; 27–36 months. All babies and toddlers will receive ribbons, with prizes awarded to each race winner. Entry forms are available at www.ShopDosLagos.com or at The Shops at Dos Lagos Management Office, located near Stride Rite.
  • Halloween Costume Exchange: deliver gently used Halloween costumes NOW through October 7, the day before the Little Pumpkin Family Festival, to get a certificate. On October 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can use the certicate to select a “new to you” gently used costume at the Halloween Costume Exchange in the Dos Lagos Stadium 15 Theatre lobby. Costumes remaining after 5 p.m. will be donated to families served by The Foundation for Community and Family Health.
