Medina International Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: MIHI) announced today that its subsidiary, WinTec Protective Systems, Inc., has executed a Distribution Agreement with Wilhelm Security Solutions, LLC.
CorTain is a nano based polymer anti-corrosive coating system designed to either end or shorten the ongoing application of paints or epoxies to stop or slow corrosion. The unique ability of this nano based coating is an alternative to galvanization and epoxy coatings. CorTain is also used as an acid resistant coating for concrete.

Wilhelm Security Solutions, LLC, is a woman-owned small business (WOSB), distributor and installer specializing in building protective products for high security, defense-related and at risk environments. Wilhelm Security Solutions was founded by Dianna and Wayne Wilhelm, who collectively have over 50 years of experience in the construction and building industry. Their office/warehouse is located in Annapolis Junction, Maryland and is in close proximity to NSA, National Business Park, Ft. Meade, and several other major defense-related facilities within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Geographical area of operations includes both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
