Rexco Development broke ground on a new industrial development totaling 187,788 square feet at 1400 W. Rincon St. in Corona, CA. The projected is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2013.
The property sits on 9.3 acres located at the southwest corner of W. Rincon St. and Alcoa Circle, with easy access to the 91, 55 and I-15 Freeways.

HPA, Inc. is the architect for the building and Laurco, Inc., the general contractors. Timothy Hawke, Adam Silverman and Jason Palda with Strata Realty are handling the pre-leasing at the building.
