10-Year Corona Deal Valued at $4.2M
B/E Aerospace, a world-wide distributor of aerospace fasteners and consumables for the commercial, business and military jet markets, has signed a lease for 93,268 square feet at 350 W. Rincon St. in Corona, CA.
The 10-year deal is valued at $4.2 million. The tenant is expanding from its current 50,000-square-foot space when it takes occupancy of the larger space, which offered a great manufacturing layout at a better rate.

The 162,000-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 1987 on 8.9 acres in the Corona submarket of Riverside County. It features 25-foot clear heights, eight loading docks and six drive-in doors, and a fenced lot.
