Corona, CA: STAEM HAUS GASTROPUB SIGNS RETAIL LEASE AT THE SHOPS AT DOS LAGOS

The Shops at Dos Lagos announced today that Steam Haus Gastropub has signed a retail lease at the center and will occupy 3,198 square feet in suite 110 on Lakeshore Drive, near Dos Lagos Stadium 15 and RA Sushi. They are expected to open the first of September.

Steam Haus Gastropub specializes in unique culinary dining. The menu features foods like the signature A.M. Burger which is a delicious ground beef patty with maple wood bacon, fried egg, raspberry and onion aioli jam served between haus made Belgian waffles. Other delectable dishes featured on the menu include: The Comfort Food Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Duck Fat Fries. “We really wanted to bring something different to the palette,” said Shelby Worthington, owner of Steam Haus Gastropub.

The craft beer selection will be as much of an addition as the culinary template. “We will feature 30 craft beers on tap along with 101 different bottles of beer. A lot of time and effort went in to selecting craft beers that cannot be sought after locally,” said Worthington.
