Agrey Acquires 17,000-SF Industrial

Agrey LLC purchased the industrial building at 1678 N. Maple St. in Corona, CA for $1,506,000, or about $86 per square foot, from Aceco Properties LLC. The buyer purchased property as an owner/user, doing business as Developlus.

 

Built in 2003, the building totals 17,480 square feet on one acre of land located at the southwest corner of N. Maple St. and Deininger Cir. The seller also occupied the building as an owner/user, doing business as Applied Roof Engineering, Inc.
