NSHE CA Leonardo purchased the Smith Avenue Center at 508 - 514 S. Smith Ave. in Corona, CA for $2.1 million, or about $66 per square foot, from Northgate Gonzalez Markets.

Built in 1991, the property sits on 1.9 acres of land located at the northwest of S. Smith Ave. and W. 6th St. in Inland Empire.
