Investors Trade 33,000 SF in Inland Empire
Dau Nguyen Long acquired the Corona Cerritos Plaza at 1525-1585 E. Ontario Ave. in Corona, CA for $6 million, or about $184 per square foot, from KMS Properties, Inc.
The transaction includes three buildings, all built in 2007. The property is located directly off the I-15 North on-ramp. The property features a strong blend of professional and consumer service businesses along with a food court.

This retail location sucks owner is trying to get out all the white owners changing it into foreigner town! I won't shop there!
