The vehicles in the Mario Kart video games have always been way too fantastic for the real world -- until now.
For the launch of Mario Kart 7, Nintendo commissioned the company West Coast Customs to build two life-size Mario Karts. The company had 30 days to create them in time for the LA Auto Show.
The vehicles can reach up to 30 mile per hour.
One of the vehicles is being raffled off, another is going to Nintendo’s headquarters and word on the street is -- pop singer Justin Beiber has commissioned a third one for himself.
