Corona, CA: High school designing custom Halloween costumes for children in need

Through funding provided by The Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, Monique Flores, left, and Lauren Hough are two of the Santiago High School students who designed children’s Halloween costumes that will be presented to The Foundation for Community and Family Health for less fortunate at this Saturday, October 8 Little Pumpkins Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the shopping center.
