Investor Acquires Fully Leased Office Bldg in Corona
501 Queensland Circle LLC purchased the fully-leased office building at 501-511 Princeland Ct. in Corona, CA for $2.75 million, or about $273 per square foot, from Shaw Properties.
The 10,061-square foot office building was constructed in 2007 and is part of the Citrus Woods Corporate Center, located at the NEC of E. Harrison and N. Joy Street. Walgreens currently has a 10-year lease on the subject property.
