CORONA, CA: Bob Reece has been named President of 3V® Fasteners Company, Inc., it was announced today by corporate parent PennEngineering®. Reece succeeds Daryl VerDoorn, who is retiring after founding the Company in 1982. 3V, based in Corona, specializes in precision aerospace fastener products.
Reece joins 3V Fasteners after a 31-year career in the aerospace fastener industry with Air Industries (AIC) in Garden Grove, CA, where he earned a series of promotions and gained increasing responsibilities. Reece has served as President of AIC for the past six years, where his team has been credited with improving customer service, expanding product scope, and more than doubling sales.
"Bob's extensive skill set and experience in the aerospace fastener industry reinforces and further advances our key strategy to build upon and expand our presence within the aerospace marketplace," said Mark Petty, President and Chief Executive Officer of parent PennEngineering.
