CORONA, CA: Police Sunday said a trio of robbers used a shotgun to hold up a liquor store on Green River Road in Corona.
The robbery took place at 7 p.m. Saturday in the 4300 block of Green River Road near the west end of Corona.
One of the suspects carrying a shotgun aimed it towards at least one person inside, Lieutenant Brian Cervantes said. Another suspect had remained in the vehicle and helped the two suspects flee from the scene.
Police arrested the suspects later that evening at an apartment complex in Corona.
Detectives are investigating the incident and plan to release more details Monday, Cervantes said.
