Lawyers Purchase Property to Occupy and Lease Out

The office building at 3941 Brockton Ave. in Riverside, CA, sold for $1 million or about $275 per square foot in a sale between two private parties. The buyer is a law firm that plans to occupy a portion of the building and lease out the remaining space.

The 3,650-square-foot building is between Ninth Street and 10th Street, and about a block away from White Park and Market Street.

The sale was a direct negotiation with no outside representation.
