The Oakmont Industrial Group sold Building B in the Hunter Park Business Center in Riverside, CA, to Qualis International Inc. for $3.1 million, or about $97.50 per square foot.
The 31,768-square-foot industrial/distribution facility is at 1120 Citrus St. The building includes approximately 4,875 square feet of office space and is on a 1.64-acre parcel with four other buildings.
The sale only took about 30 days to close, as the buyer needed a bigger facility to expand its business.
