WOOD RANCH DONATES $4,000 TO WATER POLO TEAM

Check Presented Before They Head to China for Olympics

Coach Terry Schroeder Gives Ball Signed by Team to Wood Ranch

Moorpark, CA; July 9, 2008 -- Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill today presented a check for $4,000 to the USA Water Polo Men's National Team as it makes final preparations to travel to China for the Olympics.

The presentation took place just before a team luncheon today, sponsored by Wood Ranch in the team’s honor at the Moorpark Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill.

USA Men's Water Polo team coach Terry Schroeder gave a water polo ball signed by the entire team to co-founders Eric Anders and Ofer Shemtov just before the team lunch.

“We’re going to put this in a glass case and show it off," said Eric Anders, co-founder of Wood Ranch. “It's going to remind everyone here that this team is playing for the United States.”

“These guys are great representatives of what the nation really stands for,” added Ofer Shemtov, co-founder of Wood Ranch. "And on top of that, they really liked our food."
