CORONA, CA-Tenants have signed leases for 430,000 sfl of industrial space in six recently closed deals here, in Orange County and in Modesto, according to Voit Commercial brokerage group. The largest of the deals in square footage are a 93,736-sf lease here by Assa Abloy Door Group and a deal for 154,818 sf by a packaging company called G3 Enterprises Inc. The aggregate value of the leases is more than $12 million.
In the Corona transaction, Assa Abloy Door Group Inc., a commercial door specialist, signed a 61-month lease on a property at 255 Airport Circle in a deal valued at $3.1 million. Assa plans to use the building for the assembly and distribution of its door products throughout Southern California, according to Luke McDaniel, a senior vice president with Voit Commercial’s Anaheim Metro office.
The property is located in the West Corona Industrial Center, a multi-tenant facility close to the Corona Municipal Airport near the 91 and 15 freeways. Assa Abloy was represented by McDaniel and Cameron Driscoll, also of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office, with lessor Oak Properties of San Diego represented by Mitch Zehner and Louis Tomaselli of Voit Commercial in Anaheim.
