Riverside County Buys Corona for $2.5Ms

Investor Sells 1.99 Acres at 1335 W. Sixth

The county of Riverside purchased 1.99 acres at 1335 W. Sixth St. in Corona, CA, from Janice E. Struiksma for $2.5 million, or about $1.25 million per acre.

County officials reported that there are currently some improvements on the land. The improvements include a retail building and a single family home. The county plans to redevelopment the land into a low-income clinic.

No brokers were involved in the deal.
