Miguel’s Jr., a popular Mexican restaurant with locations across the Inland Empire and Orange County, has opened a new restaurant in Menifee, Calif. The new Miguel’s Jr. at 30362 Haun Road in Menifee opened on November 15, 2011, and the official ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on November 17, 2011, at 10:30 a.m.

The company will celebrate the latest opening by partnering with the Menifee Valley Community Cupboard, a non-profit organization based in Menifee, Calif., that aims to alleviate hunger and malnutrition by providing emergency food at no cost to the homeless, seniors and families who are experiencing hard times. Miguel’s Jr. will donate a percentage of sales from November 17th to the Community Cupboard. “My parents, the Founders of Miguel’s, recognize the importance of being part to the fabric of communities where we are located. We are excited to be able to partner with the Community Cupboard,” said Javier Vasquez, CEO of Miguel’s Jr. Restaurants.

There are nine Miguel’s Jr. quick-serve restaurants and three full-service Miguel’s restaurants. Each new Miguel’s restaurant creates at least 20 new jobs, and the company continues to look for opportunities to bring its Homestyle Mexican Food to communities throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.
