AmWear Leases Corona, CA Facility

AmWear International signed 48-month sublease for the industrial building at 250 Benjamin Dr. in Corona, CA. The uniform manufacturer subleased the space from stone and tile products provider Aqua Mix for about $1.76 million.

The 72,925-square-foot manufacturing facility was built in 1999 and sits on 4.72 acres. Features include six dock-high doors and four ground-level drive-in doors.
