Corona, CA: MAMA’S BAGUETTE SIGNS RETAIL LEASE AT THE SHOPS AT DOS LAGOS

Tenant expected to open September 15, 2011

The Shops at Dos Lagos announced today that Mama’s Baguette has signed a retail lease at the center and will occupy 939 square feet in suite 104 on Cabot Drive, near T.G.I. Friday’s and Pinkberry. Mama’s Baguette is expected to open the fifteenth of September.

Mama’s Baguette offers healthy, quick and affordable sandwiches, baguettes and beignets. “We not only believe in serving fresh and delicious Banh Mi, but we want to offer a friendly and relaxing environment for our customers,” said Paul Nguyen, owner of Mama’s Baguette. “For us, it is all about spreading as much happiness through great service and great food as possible, all in a timely manner.”

The Banh Mi will be served on a fresh baguette with a crispy crackly crust, along with condiments, vegetables and choice of grilled pork with sweet honey glaze, lemon grass chicken, bbq pork, tofu, or deli special.
