Owner/User Acquires 1510 Palmyrita Ave for $88 PSF

Liberty Bell Developments LLC purchased the industrial building at 1510 Palmyrita Ave. in Riverside, CA for $1.1 million, or $88 per square foot, from SoCal Pump & Well Drilling, Inc.

Built in 1980, the industrial building totals 12,500 square feet on 2.5 acres just east of the 215 Freeway.

Mark Lee of All Nations Realty represented the buyer. Matt Millett of Coldwell Banker Commercial Lazar & Associates represented the seller.
